2.Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- A small COD fee may apply
- Repeated order refusals may lead to COD restriction
3.Refund & Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

- Missing items
3.2 Return Conditions
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (photos/video) is required

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
